All our products are shipped door to door from our warehouse to your provided shipping address via courier.

In case your address falls under an ODZ (Out of Delivery Zone), you must inform us within 3 working days after placing the order. You may then choose to cancel the order for a full refund or provide an alternate serviceable address.
