Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Time: समय से पहले, और भाग्य से ज्यादा किसी को नही मिलता।
   • Processing an order takes number of days as mentioned on individual products and delivery takes 4 -7 Working days nationwide.
2. Delivery Charges: अभी मुफ्त है, आर्डर जल्दी कीजिये । न जाने कब , हमारा मूड बदल जाये !
   • We offer FREE SHIPPING ABOVE 1500 INR ( मुफ्त में ) for all orders across India (Zone In-Reach only).
   • We ship from our Headoffice.
   • For Domestic Orders, we ship via Delhivery, Bluedart or Expressbees and other services.
   • We partner with reputed courier services, so that your products reach you on time. However, this can get delay or vary during some unavoidable situations.
     

International Orders:
AS PER THE NEW TARIFF POLICIES - 
Please note: As per new tariff regulations, certain countries may impose additional customs duties, import taxes, or government charges. These are separate from shipping costs and must be borne by the buyer.

1. Delivery Time:समय से पहले, और भाग्य से ज्यादा किसी को नही मिलता ।
   • Processing an order takes number of days as mentioned on individual products and  delivery takes 9-18 days.
   • Our logistic partner will deliver your order on time but in the event of any delays, please note that these are caused by events beyond our control.
2. Delivery charges: यार सच मे अगर आप दूर न होते, तो मुफ्त में भेजते !
   • Shipping Charges are calculated and displayed at the point of Checkout.
   • Duties and taxes for international orders are not included as part of the product or shipping charges. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency at the time of your order delivery
   • Duty, as mandated by your country of shipment, will have to be borne by you. In case of non-payment of duties & taxes to receive the shipment, Nakhrali will not entertain a request for a Return or Refund.
   • If the product is bought in INR's (That is in store price, then shipping will be charged as per courier partner DHL service limited). This is usually higher than the shipping charges mentioned on the website for international customer. 
   • We ship across the globe. We ship via FedEx, DHL, UPS and Gulf or other Courier companies. 

(NOTE - The term Working Days does not include National holidays, Sundays or Bank Holidays)

TRACKING ORDERS:उत्सुकता ज्यादा हो तो, इस उपचार का दिन में दो बार सेवन करे !

• You may track your package at any given point in time.
• As soon as your order is dispatched the tracking information of your order will be sent to your registered email.
• In the unlikely event that you do not receive an email after 4-7 days of placing an order please contact us at sales@nakhrali.com.

OUT OF REACH: कौन रहता है ऐसी जगह !

We partner with third-party courier services that cover almost all PIN codes across India. In case your address falls under an ODZ (Out of Delivery Zone), you must inform us within 3 working days after placing the order. Sometimes courier don't deliver to out of reach areas, our team will inform you about it and will take your alternative address for the same delivery. 

DELAYS IN SHIPPING: किसी की किस्मत खराब हो, तो हम क्या करे !

Delays in shipping may occur for various reasons beyond our control . It mostly depends on courier partners and custom authorities in many cases.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER DUE TO NOT ACCEPTING DELIVERY: यार, ऐसा कभी होने मत देना !

• Our courier service will attempt to deliver the order 2 times to the delivery address. However, if the package is not deliverable due to reasons not attributable to us, the package will be returned to the Head Office Warehouse in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
• On receiving the package we will attempt to contact you via phone and email. However, if we cannot get in touch with you we shall consider the order as Terminated and refund the amount within 30 days of the Termination of the order and the shipping charges will be deducted from your order value.
