Exchange/Refund/Return Policy

(Online orders cannot be exchanged and returned in stores.)

1. EXCHANGE: नियत साफ हो तो किस्मत बदल सकती है , कपड़ा क्या चीज़ है ।।।।

(ONLY VALID FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS)
  • If the product you ordered needs to be exchanged in size. Please mail us at sales@nakhrali.com or WhatsApp us on our official no. +918878630008. Our fit assist team will reach back to you within 2 working days & provide solution for the same.
  • If the product received is damaged then please share a photograph of the damaged product (or an unboxing video clip) at sales@nakhrali.com  maximum within 2 days of receiving the product.
  • We Don't Exchange and Return Products Based on Liking or Disliking of style or fit.
  • If the product you ordered needs to be exchanged in size. Please share with team, what size you want to exchange it with.
  • Also If the Products are customized as per your preferences, they are not entitled for returns or exchange.
  • Product Exchange or Return is not accepted for Custom Blouse stitching, Custom option of Pre-Drape and Petticoat.
  • List of Product which are NON- RETURNABLE & are NOT EXCHANGED

  • Products bought online cannot be exchanged in stores.
  • The Exchange Process takes 9-18 days
  • Please ensure the returned merchandise is unused and has the original packaging, price tag, and invoice.
  • In such cases the goods/garments will be couriered  by customer to us at our headquarters: Address : 55, Malviya Nagar, New Market Bhopal-462003

2. RETURN : भगवान ये दिन किसी को न दिखाए !

(VALID ONLY FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS)

No Refund & Return will be provided for Custom Blouse Stitching, Custom Pre-Drape & Petticoats. As they are customized in your size and preferences hence, Nakhrali is not entitled for any refund or return.  {NOTE: Requests without an unboxing video will not be eligible for return or exchange.}

  • Returns will be issued. In the event that you receive a product that is Damaged or Defective.
  • In the case that we send the wrong style from the one ordered. 
  • List of Product which are NON- RETURNABLE & are NOT EXCHANGED

  • Hang Bags or Clutches   
  • If your order is eligible for Return kindly inform us of the problem by sending us an email at sales@nakhrali.com within 2 days of receiving the order. Our customer care team will get back to you within 2 days for resolution. 
  • Please ensure the returned merchandise is unused and has the original packaging, price tag, and invoice.
  • International Orders are non- Exchanged & non- Returnable. Every sale is final sale & there will be no exchange accepted. 
  • NO Refund is provided in any case. Once the order is processed, shipped or return is accepted. 

3. SALE PERIOD - अच्छे दिन !

  • We do not accept exchange and return on discounted products.
  • We experience high volumes during the sale and will be unable to cancel any order due to shipment delays. However, we reserve the right to cancel an order on account of the non-availability of goods.
  • All Duties & Taxes for international orders will apply as per the rules of the shipping destination and will be borne by the customer.
  • In case the product you received is damaged or in the wrong style from the one ordered. Please contact us via email at sales@nakhrali.com.

4. COUPON CODE: बड़े काम की चीज़ !

  • Validity for Coupon code is 30 days.
  • If your coupon code is expired before usage, Nakhrali is unable to reissue it again- so please use it before its expiry date. 
  • If the product ordered by you is not available or  our team found any defects while processing your order. Team will share you a coupon code of the same amount of product. 
  • Which you can redeem on website - within 30 days of issue.
