Exchange/Refund/Return Policy

(Online orders cannot be exchanged and returned in stores.)

1. EXCHANGE: नियत साफ हो तो किस्मत बदल सकती है , कपड़ा क्या चीज़ है ।।।।

(ONLY VALID FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS)
  • If the product you ordered needs to be exchanged in size. Please mail us at sales@nakhrali.com or WhatsApp us on our official no. +918878630008. Our fit assist team will reach back to you within 2 working days & provide solution for the same.
  • If the product received is damaged then please share a photograph of the damaged product at sales@nakhrali.com  maximum within 2 days of receiving the product.
  • We Don't Exchange and Return Products Based on Liking or Disliking of style or fit.
  • If the product you ordered needs to be exchanged in size. Please share with team, what size you want to excahnge it with.
  • Also If the Products are customized as per your preferences, they are not entitled for returns or exchange.
  • Product Exchange or Return is not accepted for Custom Blouse stitching, Custom option of Pre-Drape and Petticoat.
  • Products bought online cannot be exchanged in stores.
  • The Exchange Process takes 9-18 days
  • Please ensure the returned merchandise is unused and has the original packaging, price tag, and invoice.
  • In such cases the goods/garments will be couriered  by customer to us at our headquarters: Address : 55, Malviya Nagar, New Market Bhopal-462003

2. RETURN/REFUND: भगवान ये दिन किसी को न दिखाए !

(VALID ONLY FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS)
Eligibility-

Your purchase is eligible for a refund if it meets the following requirements-

  • In the event that you receive a product that is Damaged or Defective.
  • In the case that we send the wrong style or size of a product from the one ordered.

No Refund & Return will be provided for Custom Blouse Stitching, Custom Pre-Drape & Petticoats. As they are customized in your size and prefrences hence, Nakhrali is not entitled for any refund or return.

Policy-

  • If your order is eligible for Return kindly inform us of the problem by sending us an email at sales@nakhrali.com within 2 days of receiving the order. Our customer care team will get back to you within 48 hours.
  • Please ensure the returned merchandise is unused and has the original packaging, price tag, and invoice.

3. SALE PERIOD - अच्छे दिन !

  • We do not accept exchange and return on discounted products.
  • We experience high volumes during the sale and will be unable to cancel any order due to shipment delays. However, we reserve the right to cancel an order on account of the non-availability of goods.
  • All Duties & Taxes for international orders will apply as per the rules of the shipping destination and will be borne by the customer.
  • In case the product you received is damaged or in the wrong style from the one ordered. Please contact us via email at sales@nakhrali.com.

4. COUPON CODE: बड़े काम की चीज़ !

  • To redeem a Coupon Code, please sign in to the account associated with the customer in whose name and email address the coupon code has been issued.
  • The coupon code is sent to the email address the customer had registered with.
  • The coupon code is only valid for the online store.
  • The coupon code is valid for one-time use only, so please shop for more than the discounted amount as a remainder amount will not be carried forward.
  • The coupon code is valid for 30 days. If the coupon code expires the amount will not be refunded and the coupon code will not be issued again, so please use it till it’s valid.
  • Coupon code policies are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
